Additional Requirements:
  • Must be proficient and fluent in English.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and monitor workers’ and staff attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Support manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement in line with approved plans.

  • Prepare, issue, and maintain all appointment/contract letters as per company policy.

  • Coordinate and implement performance appraisal of workers and staff.

  • Supervise factory HR team and ensure proper execution of HR functions.

  • Identify and support actions for poor performers as well as high-potential employees.

  • Handle employee grievances, disputes, disciplinary issues, and ensure proper communication with Head Office HR.

  • Support employee motivation and counseling programs (absenteeism, turnover, productivity, workplace conduct, etc.).

  • Participate in Workers’ Participation Committee (WPC) meetings and ensure effective grievance management.
