Proficiency in CAD software such as Gerber, Lectra etc
Sound knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Release Costing Pattern with Ordering one Style Per day.
Release one Style Pattern Per day for Shipping.,
Bulk Pattern Adjustment After Size Set Report within 03 Hour.
Review tech pack & Communicate with Technical Quality Fit Issue with Related Term.
Timely delivery of patterns
Maintain digital CAD libraries for fabric Patterns.
Ensure and monitor production and manpower efficiency as per the set parameter in QMS.
Prepare cost effective designs and suggest accessories materials effective to cost.
