Responsibilities & Context:
সিনিয়র এইচআর কর্মকর্তাদের দৈনন্দিন কাজে সহায়তা করা।
কর্মীদের ডাটাবেস এবং ব্যক্তিগত ফাইল গুছিয়ে রাখতে সাহায্য করা।
নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় (CV বাছাই, কল করা ও ইন্টারভিউ শিডিউল) সহায়তা করা।
ভেন্ডর ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং অফিস অ্যাডমিনের ছোটখাটো কাজে অংশ নেওয়া।
অফিসের বিভিন্ন দাপ্তরিক নথিপত্র এবং রিপোর্ট তৈরিতে সহায়তা করা।
