Responsibilities & Context:

Handle Complaints: Listen to worker complaints and solve problems fairly.
Promote Benefits: Inform workers about their benefits like bonuses, leave, and facilities.
Training & Awareness: Organize programs on health, safety, and worker rights.
Childcare & Canteen: Ensure the smooth operation of facilities like daycare and canteens.
