• Age 23 to 36 years

• Must have garments industry knowledge of production, quality etc. Capable to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
• The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance

This is a Korean CAP factory, we produce world class hats and caps those are exported to all over the world. Candidate are required to hard working capabilities and of Hats and Caps. knowledge of Production and quality is mandatory.

• Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.

• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems;

• Prepare the work plan /audit & follow up schedule with close coordination of the supervisor;

• Ensure the supervisors are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.

• Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.

• Ensure smooth work flow by monitoring

• Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occurs.

• Achieving daily targets meeting production plan Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities
