Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure raw materials & trims are checked as per order sheet
Follow buyer quality standards during production
Monitor in-line quality and report issues to Team Leader
Follow sewing & finishing quality to minimize defects
Ensure sample approvals before bulk production
Maintain AQL (1.0 & 4.0) standards and quality compliance
Prepare and maintain QC reports & documentation
Ensure correct packing as per buyer instructions
Support SOP implementation across production
Coordinate with production team for quality & shipment follow-up
