Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 30 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in using attendance management and payroll software in a factory environment will be an advantage.

  • Monitor factory discipline and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.

  • Coordinate with other departments regarding manpower requirements.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of factory HR and administrative records.

  • Assist HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and improvements.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime information and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.

  • Support implementation of company HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

  • Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflict resolution.

  • Prepare HR-related reports such as manpower status, absenteeism reports etc.

  • Coordinate with different departments to support HR and administrative activities within the factory.

  • Ensure proper documentation and preparation for internal and external compliance audits.

  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
