About the Role:

We are looking for a highly capable Manager of Network Administration to design, implement, and maintain our multi-site network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, firewall management, and maintaining high availability across critical connectivity links.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Multi-Site Network Management: Manage network infrastructure across 3 office locations and administer 8 ISP links, including Starlink, with a total bandwidth capacity of 1.5 Gbps. Handle ISP redundancy planning, failover management, bandwidth optimization, and SLA monitoring.

●      Routing & Switching Infrastructure: Maintain 10 MikroTik CCR routers by configuring routing policies, NAT, firewall rules, and ensuring compliance alignment. Manage 60+ Cisco 2960XR switches, configuring LACP, port-channel management, and access/trunk ports. Maintain Cisco Nexus Layer 3 Switches, including VPC domain configuration, inter-VLAN routing, and high-availability design. Provide L2 connectivity monitoring, VLAN segmentation, and STP loop prevention.

●      Firewall & Security Infrastructure: Configure and maintain Cisco ASA firewall policies, IPSec VPNs, access control, and SSO integration. Manage SonicWall NGFW for security policies, intrusion prevention, traffic inspection, and firmware hardening.

●      Wireless & Data Center Operations: Design and configure mesh WiFi across 4 locations using Cambium Access Points, ensuring SSID segmentation and wireless security. Maintain server room infrastructure, manage power redundancy (UPS), and handle structured cable management. Monitor environmental factors and ensure the operational reliability of critical infrastructure.

●      Project & Budget Management: Conduct cross-functional coordination for infrastructure initiatives and act as a decision-level technical advisor for US and BD management. Oversee infrastructure upgrades, provide regular stakeholder updates, and manage project timelines. Develop cost optimization strategies, evaluate vendor contracts, and perform ROI analysis for infrastructure investments.

Education & Experience:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, EEE, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

●      6+ years of dedicated network engineering and administration experience, with a proven track record of managing multi-site enterprise networks and ISP failover architectures.

●      Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing/switching (Nexus, Catalyst), MikroTik routers, and Next-Generation Firewalls (Cisco ASA, SonicWall).

Preferred Certifications:

●      Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Enterprise or Data Center highly preferred.

●      MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) or higher routing certifications (MTCRE).

●      Certifications in network security/firewall administration (e.g., SonicWall Network Security Administrator - SNSA).

●      Wireless networking certifications (e.g., CWNA) are an added advantage.
