Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering in CSE/EEE

• 2 to 2 years

• Age At least 18 years

• Skills: Basic knowledge of computer software like MS Office
• Aptitude: Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physicality: Physically fit for labor-intensive work and frequent travel.
• Flexibility: Willingness to handle multiple tasks and work across different locations.
• Preferences: Candidates who have a personal motorcycle or cycle will be given preference.

• Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware, including computers, laptops, printers, scanners, switches, UPS, and monitors.

• Installation & Setup: Set up and move devices between offices. Install network cables, faceplates, and modular setups.

• Inventory Management: Manage IT inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

• Procurement: Visit local markets to purchase small IT items (adapters, toner, cables, etc.).

• Maintenance: Collect and handle faulty devices for repair or replacement.

• Field Support: Travel between sites for installations and technical support.

• General Support: Assist with other tasks assigned by management.
