Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for management employees and assist in field force recruitment

  • Analyze Training needs for the field forces and prepare quarterly development plans accordingly

  • Assist in planning and execution of employer branding and training & development initiatives as per the annual plan

  • Manage employee grievances to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture

  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to develop and maintain e-learning contents and modules, assign courses to users, and monitor timely completion
