Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Evertobe (BD) Ltd, Plot # 86, Sector – 07, Chattogram EPZ

Responsibilities

  • Smoothly Run Security Section, Transport, Canteen etc. as per BEPZA Law & Rules.

  • Preparing daily employee attendance, Over time, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the Employee

  • Ensure proper Discipline, housekeeping, cleanliness and Disciplinary action as required.

  • Preparing, organizing & managing factory Administration, audits as per buyer’s social, ethical, environmental, supply chain security.

  • Sound knowledge on process & procedures of certification of BSCI, SADEX etc.

  • Manage and process all documentation related to visas and work permits for foreign nationals

  • Supervise maintenance of factory, office premises and equipment.

  • Responsible for making and renewal of all licenses, certificates, and agreements required for factory operation and their proper documentation.

  • Planning, control and maintenance of office equipment`s, property and other movable and immovable properties

  • Issue purchase orders and carry out pre and post purchase processes

  • Manage procurement of Office Stationery, Production Supplies materials and Machine spare parts

  • Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and issue purchase orders (PO)

  • Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality and delivery terms

  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal compliance

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth purchase planning

  • Perform all other HR, Admin and Compliance Related tasks as assigned by management
