• The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Woven Garments such as Jacket (Down & Padding) Vest and Pant.

• Taking calculate risk.

• Should be technically sound.

• Quick decision making skill in any situation.

• Overall supervision of the cutting process for efficient running, monitoring daily production and overall quality.

• Work experience Specially padding cutting.

• Coordinate with production teams (Sewing and Finishing) as well as production merchandisers and planning team to ensure the daily cutting requirement.

• Keeping control over worker and staff and maintaining manpower budget.

• Ensure materials are cut to the correct specifications, minimizing waste and maximizing cutting production with quality.

• Track and review the cutting department output and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and addressing them.

• Work with CAD section for decreasing wastage and maximizing marker efficiency.

• Maintain the `SOP of Cutting` strictly.

• Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.

• Maintain 100% Compliance at Cutting operation.

• Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.

• Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.

• Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.

• Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.

• Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.

• Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.

• Lay Inspection- Marking - and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.

• Keep follow up with finished fabric store for material availability in package form.

• Report to Production Head and Management with Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports.
