Product Items:

• Down padding jacket, pants, overall formal pants and outerwear garments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make necessary pattern corrections based on fit trials, buyer comments or QC feedback.
• Conduct grading as per buyer requirements across size ranges.
• Work closely with the sample and merchandising teams to ensure accurate sample preparation.
• Ensure all patterns are production-friendly and cost-efficient.
• Maintain pattern files and databases in an organized manner.
• Assist in technical problem-solving related to fit and pattern issues during sampling or production.
• Prepare and develop patterns and grading as per buyer specifications
• Maintain proper pattern and CAD data records
• Provide input on construction techniques and garment balance
• Follow buyer standards and technical requirements
• Perform any other task assigned by management
