Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access to ensure a smooth joining process.

  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation in HR systems and personnel files.

  • Administer attendance and leave records, ensuring proper tracking and compliance with company policies.

  • Provide payroll support by preparing attendance, leave, and employee data for accurate salary processing.

  • Manage employee exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.

  • Provide HR administrative and logistics support, including ID cards, office access, official letters, and employee transport coordination.
