Experience:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for management employees and assist in field force recruitment
Analyze Training needs for the field forces and prepare quarterly development plans accordingly. Arrange Training program
Make emplyee relation and take inetiative to retain emplyee.
To prepare yearly employee salary increment sheet by following KPI .
HR indivisual need to make a standard JD ( Job Description ) for each and every employee of the corpoarte, Factory level , outlet as well.
HR Personel has to make policies of administrative and HR operationals issues.
Have to make Salary sheet and attendance report, leave register regularly.
He/ she has to visit different place to check and audit administrative and HR issues.
After interview HR Personel need to make Candidates Evaluation Comperative statement and responsible for every step up to on boading process of a new employee joining.
Need to know the labor law and other HP policies to make smooth HR operation.
