Job Responsibilities

  • Manage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure it works for every department and region.

  • Lead the entire content process, from the first idea to the final post.

  • Interview employees to turn their experiences into great stories about our culture.

  • Design campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook.

  • Grow our professional presence, focusing mainly on high-quality content.

  • Review the hiring process to make sure it stays professional and engaging.

  • Maintain a content calendar to keep our posting rhythm consistent.

  • Work closely with HR and leadership to align content with business goals.

  • Use your industry knowledge to write content that attracts BPO talent.

  • Build dashboards from HR data to show leadership the "why" behind our talent trends.

  • Measure how well branding and recruitment events actually improve the quality of our hires.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Employer Branding

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and HRIS platforms.

  • Proven success in managing social media communities or recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of the BPO industry, including high-volume hiring and 24/7 operations.

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing feedback.

  • Organized and structured in planning and content coordination.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English to collaborate with foreign stakeholders and colleagues when required.
