Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the overall HR, Administration, and Compliance functions for a fast-growing agri-business organization. This role will play a critical part in supporting both corporate and field operations, ensuring people, processes, and compliance frameworks are aligned with the dynamic nature of the agriculture and agribusiness sector.

HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate office and field-based teams (farms, production units, distribution)

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth in the agri sector

  • Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce optimization for field-intensive operations

Administration

  • Oversee administrative operations across office, farms, and project locations

  • Ensure efficient facilities management, logistics, and site administration

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental guidelines, and industry-specific regulatory requirements relevant to agri-business

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

  • Lead audits and inspections related to HR and operational compliance

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations across diverse workforce groups including field workers and technical staff

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture in both office and field environments

Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits for both permanent and seasonal/contract workforce

  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation
