We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the overall HR, Administration, and Compliance functions for a fast-growing agri-business organization. This role will play a critical part in supporting both corporate and field operations, ensuring people, processes, and compliance frameworks are aligned with the dynamic nature of the agriculture and agribusiness sector.
HR Leadership & Strategy
Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate office and field-based teams (farms, production units, distribution)
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth in the agri sector
Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce optimization for field-intensive operations
Administration
Oversee administrative operations across office, farms, and project locations
Ensure efficient facilities management, logistics, and site administration
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental guidelines, and industry-specific regulatory requirements relevant to agri-business
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Lead audits and inspections related to HR and operational compliance
Employee Relations
Manage employee relations across diverse workforce groups including field workers and technical staff
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture in both office and field environments
Payroll & Compensation
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits for both permanent and seasonal/contract workforce
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation
