Responsibilities & Context:
A Reputed Washing Plant in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic and experienced Officer / Senior Officer – Wet Process (R&D) to join its Research & Development team.
Monitor wet process machines and control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, processing time, and chemical dosing.
Develop and optimize garment washing recipes for new developments and bulk production.
Ensure shade matching and color consistency according to buyer requirements.
Monitor chemical and dye consumption to minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the wet process.
Investigate and resolve dyeing and washing defects, including shade variation, staining, patchiness, and uneven dyeing.
Prepare daily production, machine efficiency, and rejection reports.
Maintain workplace cleanliness (5S) and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Laboratory teams to ensure successful product development and bulk execution.
