We are seeking a compatible Manager, Printing for Knitting Garments who will work for our Fabric Manufacturing Unit, Knit Asia Limited at Shofipur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall garment printing operation to achieve daily production and shipment targets.
• Ensure print quality, color accuracy, curing, and compliance with buyer-approved standards.
• Manage all printing processes, including Pigment, Rubber, Puff, High Density, Foil, Glitter, Plastisol, Silicone,
Water-Based, Discharge, and Digital Printing.
• Prepare production plans, monitor efficiency, and optimize machine and manpower utilization.
• Minimize printing defects, rework, and ink/chemical wastage through continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, QA, Maintenance, IE, and Production to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of printing machines and minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors, operators, and technicians to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, 5S, workplace safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and review daily production, quality, efficiency, and wastage reports.
