• Minimum 08–10 years of practical experience in textile marketing/order collection.
• Strong network with garment factories, buying houses, and brands.

• Strong client-handling and persuasion skills.
• In-depth knowledge of dyeing, finishing, printing, embroidery & Washing sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.

We are looking for a Manager –Sub Con Marketing (Order Collection) for our Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing, Printing, Embroidery & Washing factory who is really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Manager –Sub Con Marketing (Order Collection) will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and develop new business orders for Dyeing, Finishing, Printing, Embroidery, and Accessories.

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, buying houses, and garment factories.

• Identify new customers and explore new market opportunities.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and merchandising teams to ensure on-time execution of orders.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.

• Follow up on order status, approvals, and payments.

• Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.

• Participate in business meetings, factory visits, and client audits as required.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
