Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Arts (Pass) in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Fashion Designing

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Strong sketching (hand + digital)
• Software-based CLO 3D.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.Knowledge of fabric categories, trims, and garment construction.
• Understanding of pattern making, grading, and color knowledge.
• Trend research and forecasting ability.
• Ability to lead a small design team.
• Strong decision-making skills.Experience handling buyers independently.
• Capability to manage multiple collections/projects.
• Strategic thinking for brand/product development.

Industry Knowledge

• Awareness of global fashion trends (fast fashion / modern design sense, seasonal cycles).
• Knowledge of export markets (EU/US buyers is a plus).
• Understanding of costing, material sources, and production feasibility.

• Develop seasonal collections based on trend research, market analysis, and buyer briefs.

• Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and sketches.

• Prepare accurate tech packs including measurements, trims, fabrics, and construction details.

• Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams for product development.

• Monitor sample development and provide design approvals or corrections.

• Ensure designs meet cost, quality, and production feasibility requirements.

• Work closely with buyers and clients to understand their needs and present design ideas.

• Maintain updated knowledge of global fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques.

• Lead and mentor junior designers and support team development.

• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
