Experience:

• 5 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• 5 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

• Age At least 30 years

• Experience: Only Buying house, Trading House, or Liaison Office

• 5-6 Years’ experience is preferable

• Proven work experience at either manufacturing or trading company preferably within the textile industry

Reporting Head: QA Manager

Location: Nikunjo 2, Dhaka.

Job Description:

• Conduct pre-production, inline, and final inspections of garments and textile products.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards are maintained during inspections

• Identify quality defects and analyze root causes.

• Coordinate with factories to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with customer quality manuals and technical requirements.

• Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and on time.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource requirements and skills

• Maintain quality records, inspection data, and corrective action reports.

• Ensure products comply with buyer requirements, international standards, and company policies.

• Monitor factory compliance regarding quality procedures and product safety requirements.

• Support buyer audits and factory assessments when required.
