Responsibilities & Context:
Manage orders from development to shipment.
Communicate with buyers, factories, and suppliers regarding order status.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production.
Coordinate with QA, production, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare costing, order sheets, T&A calendars, and other merchandising documents.
Monitor production progress and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order status reports.
