Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage orders from development to shipment.

• Communicate with buyers, factories, and suppliers regarding order status.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production.

• Coordinate with QA, production, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• Prepare costing, order sheets, T&A calendars, and other merchandising documents.

• Monitor production progress and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order status reports.
