Human resources management policies are set up for the organization & implemented ineffective way as required Company rules, buyer’s Code of Conduct & EPZ Labor Law.
Guiding Management and Employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating the company’s service rules, policies, procedures methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Wages, benefits, pay & allowances, settlement of employee pay & fixation as mentioned EPZ labor law/company act.
Preparing, organizing & managing factory Administration, audits as per buyer’s social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security.
Prepare the factory for fulfilling all the parameters demanded by ACCORD & ALLIANCE.
Sound knowledge on process & procedures of certification of BSCI, OEKO-TEX, FSC, GRS, SADEX & ISO etc.
Experienced in health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety.
Keep the factory all kind of Administration work & good Housekeeping always ready to face any Visit & UN announced audit with all audit documents.
Prepare annual training calendar; ensure training is conducted as per schedule & effectiveness with proper documentation/register as demanded by the buyer’s Code of Conduct.
Interact with factory personals to develop an awareness of compliance issues to achieve better compliance standards.
Handle the legal issues related to company affairs as well as EPZ & Labor Law.
Ensure legal & compliance issues are raised by the buyer’s part.
Maintain Public Relations & Protocol of company.
Maintaining files, records, and information & Protocol with safety reference code
Preparing daily employee attendance, Over time, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the Employee
Any other duties as and when entrusted by top Management.
Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions of the Management.
Control & supervise the entire logistic support for factory operation
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace; managing--Employees Health & Hygiene, Safety & Security.
