The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, Microsoft Word & Excel, Tally ERP 9 or other Accounting Software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Knowledge about Banking Activity, Stock report, Bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, salary / payroll account statement, Proper documentation and file management.
Maintain day to day cash register & Checking document/ instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepares the summary for payments.
Auditing bills, vouchers, daily expenditures and daily cash or bank transactions.
Good communication skills, both written, oral & must be an honest person.
Any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by management from time to time.
