Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  3. Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.

  4. Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, internship certificates, and HR reports.

  5. Help organize training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

  6. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

  7. Perform general administrative tasks assigned by the HR department.
