Prepare and manage yearly performance appraisal based on employee KPIs for annual increment and evaluation.
Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
Conduct initial interviews and assist in employee background verification.
Arrange and ensure proper New Employee Orientation Programs.
Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JD) and KPIs in coordination with respective departments.
Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and HR procedures.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and internal programs.
Conduct employee settlement process & employee confirmation processes along with probationary performance appraisal.
Assist in preparing and implementing training and development plans for employees.
Arrange internal meetings for the Management and other departments as required.
Maintain and update daily attendance records and leave management.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records ensuring confidentiality.
Manage HRIS / ERP systems and ensure accurate employee data management.
Prepare Employee ID cards and visiting cards for new or promoted employees.
Prepare various HR letters and certificates.
Assist in processing monthly payroll and other Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities when required.
Supervise office staff and overall administrative functions.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
