  • Experience and capability to correspond, both in Bengali and English.

Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual for our HR & Admin team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR operation, recruitment, admin and day-to-day assigned job of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and attendance, leave management, and personnel files.

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. to attract potential candidates)

  • Maintain & update the recruitment database and follow up pre/post joining formalities.

  • Should know about drafting various official documents, letters and memos.

  • Ensure and monitor employee leave, attendance reconciliation and prepare monthly HR report.

  • Maintaining personal files, service records, separation process of every employee.

  • Prepare and review payroll supporting documents for smooth payroll operation.

  • Arrange and conduct training programs such as orientation and soft skill training.

  • Update company policies, Code of Conduct, worker handbook, training policy, and workplace rules

  • Coordinate with various types of government bodies for license updates and renewal purposes.

  • Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.

  • Effectively organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of company vehicles, security, legal affairs, and general site/office maintenance.

  • Any task assigned by HR or senior management.
