  • Strong ability to perform consistently under pressure and meet monthly sales growth targets.

Position: Executive/ Senior Executive (Trade)

Job Context: The role is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the assigned territory by achieving primary and secondary sales targets, executing daily sales activities in accordance with route plans and company guidelines, developing and managing distributor and dealer networks, maintaining strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and retailers, monitoring competitor activities and market trends, ensuring product availability and visibility across key retail outlets, and facilitating timely collections while ensuring compliance with company policies, credit control procedures, and sales operational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned primary and secondary trade sales targets on a monthly basis.

  • Ensure disciplined daily sales execution as per territory route plans and company guidelines.

  • Develop, expand, and manage the Distributor & Dealer network within the assigned territory.

  • Maintain strong, continuous relationships with existing dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market performance.

  • Ensure product availability, optimal stock levels, and dominant visibility at all key retail points.

  • Drive secondary sales and ensure timely cash collections as per the company's credit control policy.
