Experience:
Minimum Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in high-volume big size manufacturing environment of at least 1,000 headcounts.
Has high project management experience, able to meet expectations under tight timeline and juggle multiple development projects.
Extensive experience in learning and development leadership (not General HR doing training).
Proven record of success in designing L&D framework and methodologies.
Possess strong hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting processes within matrixed reporting.
Visionary in building a learning organization. Should have hands on experience I L&D transformational projects leading to excellence in the organization culture.
Good in English language both written and spoken.
Critical thinker with ability to question status quo and suggest new solutions to deliver impact and value to the business.
Strong consulting and influencing skills with ability to build credibility at all levels.
Experience in business partnering preferred.
Experience with technology and digital learning system.
Job Context:
The position will be equivalent to AGM or Senior Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop Talent & Leaders Capabilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Youngone’s holistic leadership development strategies, elevate employee capabilities and foster an engaged future ready workforce.
Partner with HRBPs on Talent Management Program focus on developing talent focus on succession planning for critical and future-ready roles.
Work with HRBPs to cascade impactful learning initiatives across all functional teams and levels.
Build Learning Culture:
Work with HRBPs to build and maintain a strong proactive learning culture focusing on continuous improvement and excellence.
Design and drive the employee culture and values learning initiatives.
Lead the annual culture survey, analyze insights and work with HRBPs to develop specific interventions for functional teams and levels of employees.
Build & Maintain Relationships:
Build external partnerships with regulatory, vendor partners, government agencies, learning providers, universities, industry associates to support learning programs and leadership development.
Manage Learner Experience:
Lead the team to ensure positive employee learning experience.
Design appropriate learning methodologies to maximize learning abilities with maximum results.
Analyze Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement:
Drive workforce development strategies and innovative approaches to build capabilities.
Tract and report training, learning and development program metrics, provide analytical reports to Regional Centre of Excellence and Management.
Analyze data and take appropriate actions to address any gaps.
Continually upskill the L&D team members, coach and mentor the team and be the role model.
Continually measure and monitor the effectiveness of the learning and training solutions, reengineer and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.
Continuously assess the business impact from L&D strategies and programs.
Legislation Compliance & Data Governance:
Ensure all learning and training content and activities are in compliance with relevant laws.
Take accountability on data governance, accuracy, completeness, maintenance and integrity of all related HR systems, documents, and database.
