• PGD in HR or Social Compliance preferred

• At least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment

• Proven exposure in Industrial Relations & Compliance      

• High ethical standards & accountability       

• Strong command over ISO and the Bangladesh Labour Law       

• Smart communication skills with Leadership presence in factory settings       

• Ability to manage workforce discipline, labour dynamics, and stakeholder relationships       

• Crisis handling capability      

• Data-driven reporting mindset

This is not a routine HR role — it is a leadership position with high operational impact. The Factory HR Lead will act as the manufacturing HR partner at the Factory, reporting to the Group Head of HR, ensuring:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

• Payroll, Attendance & Compensation Governance

• Labour Law Compliance & Regulatory Liaison

• Industrial Relations & Dispute Management

• HSE Oversight & Audit Readiness

• Performance Management & Talent Development

• Factory Administration & Facility Governance

• Crisis & Risk Management

• Budgeting, Reporting & HR Analytics
