1. Performance Goals & KPIs

   • Assist in defining performance goals and KPIs for various departments.

   • Maintain KPI libraries and goal templates.

2. Strategic Alignment

   • Help align individual goals with business strategy under supervision.

   • Support goal cascade process across departments.

3. Performance Cycles & Expectations

   • Support setup and tracking of performance cycles and expectations.

   • Maintain PMS dashboards, templates, and documentation.

4. Data & Coordination

   • Collect and validate performance data from department heads.

   • Coordinate performance review meetings and maintain minutes.

   • Respond to employee queries related to PMS processes.
