Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Pharmacy, Science, or Business preferred)
2–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, field audit, or market research preferred
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales structure in Bangladesh
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and observation skills
Excellent communication and reporting ability
Knowledge of Bangladesh pharma market (doctors, pharmacies, distributors)
Ability to travel extensively across the country
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools)
Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Purpose:
To conduct nationwide field surveys and collect accurate market intelligence to support the pharmaceutical sales team in strengthening territory management, sales performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits across all divisions/districts of Bangladesh as assigned by management
Collect and update real-time market data from pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and wholesalers
Monitor and report sales team performance, route coverage, and field execution status
Verify product availability, competitor presence, pricing, and market share trends
Support sales planning by identifying high-potential territories and new market opportunities
Conduct doctor, pharmacist, and distributor feedback surveys (as per company guidelines)
Prepare detailed survey reports and submit to management within deadline
Identify gaps in sales coverage and suggest corrective actions
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all collected data
Coordinate with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and wholesalers for field verification
Support special assignments such as audit, campaign evaluation, or market research projects
