Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end merchandising activities for woven garments, including buyer communication, order development, costing, production follow-up, and ensuring timely shipment while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Experience working with buyers such as H&M, Primark, Next, BESTSELLER, Aldi, Renner, Haggar, ZXY, TMS, ECI, and Hong Kong CH Company Ltd. will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for woven garments
Communicate with buyers for order development, costing, and execution
Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) plans
Coordinate with production, sourcing, QA, and commercial teams
Monitor order progress to ensure on-time shipment
Handle product development, sampling, and approvals
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards
