• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit, and measurements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW/CLO 3D, or similar tools

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

·         Lead the overall design direction of the brand and build a strong product identity for colourrose

·         Design new collections based on current fashion trends and brand identity

·         Develop concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes

·         Work closely with sourcing and production teams for accurate sampling and timely delivery.

·         Research trends, fabrics, fits, and market demand to ensure commercially successful designs

·         Select fabrics, trims, and accessories

·         Create tech packs and oversee sampling process

·         Research market trends and competitor products

·         Ensure timely delivery of seasonal collections

·         Coordinate with photoshoot, styling, and branding teams

·         Supervise fittings, sampling, and final production approvals
