Experience:

• At least 15 years

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field will get preferences

• Age At least 35 years

• Experienced in woven garment manufacturing unit or buying houses

• Proven experience handling Ladieswear, Jackets, and Formal Pants.

• Strong expertise in pattern making, garment fitting, grading, construction, and technical product development.

• Hands-on experience with CAD systems and fabric consumption analysis.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Product Category: Light Woven Ladieswear, Outerwear & Formal Pants.

• Lead and manage the Technical Department, including Pattern, CAD, Sample Room, and Production Technical teams.

• Oversee sample development, fitting, pattern corrections, and approval of all development and pre-production samples.

• Ensure product fit, workmanship, construction, and quality meet buyer specifications and technical requirements.

• Optimize fabric consumption and utilization through effective CAD and marker planning.

• Provide technical support to production teams and ensure smooth transition from development to bulk production.

• Coordinate with buyers and technical representatives on fit, construction, and product development matters.
