• Experienced in similar role for any reputed Jacket (Outerwear) production unit

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and finishing processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, patterns, and measurement charts.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production, quality, and merchandising teams.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Monitor and oversee bulk production to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with buyer specifications.

• Providing Technical supports to production & sample to meet Buyer Standard.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality and technical issues during production.

• Implement and support in-line and end-line inspection procedures to maintain consistent product quality.

• Guide production teams on best practices, stitching methods, and technical standards.

• Ensure timely shipment of products, maintaining both quality and quantity standards.

• Collaborate with buyers to resolve technical concerns and provide guidance in production.

• Maintain technical documentation and report production performance and quality metrics as required.
