Additional Requirements:
Experienced in similar position within marketing and merchandising department for reputed outerwear manufacturing factory/s
Experienced with reputed European and American buyers will get preferences
Good knowledge on costing, product development & production procedure for outerwear products
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Guide the design team and fabric sourcing team to do the necessary collection to approach the outerwear customer
Marketing for a new setup of outerwear.
Handle costing and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer`s expectations and standards.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.
Any other tasks given by the management.
