Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, SMV calculation, and capacity analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant IE software/tools.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

Good analytical and organizational skills.

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IE Manager to lead industrial engineering activities, improve production efficiency, optimize manpower utilization, and ensure cost-effective operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct time and motion studies and establish standard minute values (SMV).

• Analyze production capacity, line balancing, and manpower requirements.

• Implement cost-reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams to achieve operational targets.

• Prepare and maintain IE reports, production data, and performance analyses.

• Train and guide the IE team on best industrial engineering practices.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
