Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and lead the production team efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures.
Manage production manpower and optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
