• Develop and implement production plans to meet shipment schedules and customer requirements.

• Monitor daily production performance against targets.

• Ensure smooth operation of all cutting, sewing, finishing, and supporting production activities.

• Optimize line balancing and production capacity utilization.

• Take corrective actions to minimize production bottlenecks. Reduce non-value-added activities and wastage.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to minimize defects and rework.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.

• Ensure adequate manpower planning and deployment.

• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.

• Maintain discipline, employee engagement, and a positive working environment.

• Monitor production costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives. Control overtime, rework, wastage, and material consumption.

• Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, manpower, and resources.

• Monitor machine downtime and initiate preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and buyer requirements.

• Work closely with merchandising, planning, and commercial teams to ensure on-time shipment.

• Monitor critical orders and take proactive measures to avoid delays.

• Participate in production meetings and shipment review meetings.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Present production performance and improvement plan to senior management.

• Provide timely updates regarding production risks and mitigation actions.

• Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and industrial engineering initiatives.

• Implement automation and process improvement projects.

• Benchmark best practices to improve operational performance.
