1. Manage the complete order execution process from development to shipment.

2. Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure excellent customer service.

3. Handle product development, costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation.

4. Coordinate with factories, suppliers, QA, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Monitor production status and resolve any issues affecting delivery timelines.

6. Lead and develop the merchandising team to achieve business objectives.

7. Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while ensuring cost competitiveness.

8. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

9. Prepare merchandising reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.

10. Strong experience in woven products such as shirts, trousers, chinos, jackets, and outerwear.

11. Proven experience in buyer handling, costing, sourcing, and order management.

12. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

13. At least 3 years in a managerial role.
