Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or senior management role in the Planning department.

• Strong knowledge of garments production planning, capacity booking, line loading, shipment planning, and workflow management.

• Sound understanding of knit garments manufacturing processes.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.

• Strong communication and team management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.

• Lead and manage the overall planning activities of the Garments Division.

• Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans to ensure on-time shipment.

• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of orders.

• Monitor production progress and take proactive measures to resolve any planning or production bottlenecks.

• Ensure optimum utilization of production capacity and resources.

• Analyze order loading, line capacity, production efficiency, and shipment schedules.

• Follow up on the order critical path from PP meeting to final shipment.

• Develop effective production planning strategies to reduce lead time and improve delivery performance.

• Prepare production status reports and present planning updates to management.

• Lead, guide, and develop the planning team to achieve departmental goals.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and factory production commitments.
