Responsibilities & Context:
To review tech pack & risk assess the product upfront with wider team at product development stage.
To officially risk assess product with factory and wider team when order is placed.
Lead and demonstrate ownership of all aspects of garment technology, from development to PP Stage – promoting right first-time.
Ensure fit, quality, and construction standards are consistently upheld as per customer requirements.
Work hand in-hand within house development team, sample hands and internal qc department – to ensure samples are production ready.
Advice on sampling, testing, and quality assurance for fabrics, trims, where applicable.
Communicate effectively with factories to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.
Collaborate closely with design to align on creative vision while protecting technical integrity.
Continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and precision in product development.
