Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Implementation (ERP) to lead ERP implementation projects, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, business process analysis, and team leadership skills with hands-on experience in ERP implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end customize ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

2. Manage project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP solutions aligned with client requirements.

4. Coordinate with development, support, and client teams to ensure successful project execution.

5. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve implementation issues and risks.

6. Conduct client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

7. Prepare project documentation, implementation plans, and status reports.

8. Mentor and supervise implementation and project teams.
