• Experience working with Garments, Textile, Apparel, or Manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent client relationship management abilities.

• Sound understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

• Ability to prepare business proposals and conduct software demonstrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, software and CRM tools.

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive/Executive – Business Development to drive the sales and market expansion of our Garments ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B software sales, business development, business process analysis and relationship management within the garments, textile, or manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for Garments ERP solutions.

2. Generation and quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.

3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

4. Understand client business processes and propose suitable ERP solutions.

5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

6. Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

8. Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover.

9. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.

10. Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and business networking activities.

11. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
