Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Female Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new corporate clients, promoting our manpower recruitment solutions, and managing client relationships. You will serve as the face of our company, building strategic partnerships with HR managers, business owners, and corporate leaders.

Key Responsibilities

·         B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients needing recruitment, staffing, and HR services.

·         Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, corporate visits, networking events, and digital outreach.

·         Client Presentations: Conduct persuasive corporate presentations to showcase our recruitment services and value proposition.

·         Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

·         Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.

·         Campaign Coordination: Assist in designing and executing offline and online marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

·         Gender: Female (As per operational requirements)

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

·         Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing, B2B sales, or business development.

·         Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

·          

·         Interpersonal Skills: Confident, well-groomed, and professional personality with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

·         Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
