Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly.

• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test drives.

• Follow up with prospective customers to build relationships and close sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with the CRM team for follow-up calls to customers

• Support showroom operations by ensuring vehicles are displayed professionally.

• Generate sales leads through referrals, networking, and promotional activities.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
