Responsibilities & Context:

1) Manage and maintain the company's Facebook page and other social media platforms.

2) Create engaging posts, graphics, reels, and promotional content.

3) Record and edit property videos and promotional audio/video content.

4) Plan and execute Facebook Boosting and Meta Ads campaigns.

5) Increase page reach, followers, and customer engagement.

6) Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.

7) Generate and manage customer leads from digital platforms.

8) Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up.

9) Develop and implement digital marketing

10) Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.
