Experience:

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

· Candidates must have at least 12+ years of experience in a Real Estate company.

· Minimum 5+ years of experience as Office Head – Sales & Marketing in a real Estate company.

· Candidates must have experience in share ownership .

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 35 to 45 years

· Corporate Sales and Marketing Land Sales and Marketing Property sales Real Estate Marketing Real Estate product Real Estate Sales.

· The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Resort, Developer.

· Only candidates with a Real Estate background are eligible to apply.

·       Highly Preference to sales experience on Share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.

·  Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate, Hotel, Resorts business and present market scenario.·       Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.

·  Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal.

·  Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

·  Must have self-motivated and dynamic.

·  Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.·       Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

·       Corporate sales planning and implementation.

·       Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.

·       To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.

·       Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals. Any other task assigned by Management.
